You can use many methods to provide your system with sufficient water pressure, but today we'll be looking closely at Multistage Pumps.   ## **What are MultiStage Pumps?** The ability of these pumps provides engineers with a flexible range of flow and head, along with their high degree of energy efficiency. From highrise buildings to water treatment plants and irrigation systems, multistage pumps are preferred for an extensive range of applications. Multistage pumps are defined as pumps in which the fluid flows through several impellers fitted in series. They have multiple liquid chambers (or stages) that are connected in series. Fluid enters the first chamber at suction line pressure and leaves at some elevated pressure. Upon leaving the first stage, the fluid enters the second stage, increasing the pressure further. ![MVI Series 1-15](https://blog.argondistributors.co.nz/hs-fs/hubfs/Blog/MVI%20Series%201-15.jpg?width=400&name=MVI%20Series%201-15.jpg)![MVI Series 20-64](https://blog.argondistributors.co.nz/hs-fs/hubfs/Blog/MVI%20Series%2020-64.jpg?width=400&name=MVI%20Series%2020-64.jpg) ## **Davies Pumps MVI Series**   Whether you are a farmer with a demand for reliable water reticulation and irrigation, a factory manager requiring reliable constant pressure or a highrise building owner needing to meet your tenants' large variable water demand, the [Davies Pumps MVI Series](https://argondistributors.co.nz/product-category/surface-water-pumps/mvi-series/) has you covered.
